The Lake House Brings Rock 'n' Roll to the Gaming Floor
Slot machines meet dance parties through a new gaming promotion at The Lake House at Sylvan Beach.
The campaign, titled “Pump up the Slots,” is designed to make the slot floor feel like a dance floor from the 1980s and 1990s—a throwback event that is sure to get guests excited for throwing down coin in a nightclub-like atmosphere.
In addition to playing music from the two target decades, The Lake House also will roll out nightclub-style lighting effects, converting the casino floor into an all-out party zone.
There will even be “hot seat” rewards, which dole out prize packages to several lucky winners.
To qualify for a hot seat prize, guests must be playing with their TS Rewards Cards; each player number is automatically entered into a random drawing, and a new winner is selected every hour.
According to Nicolette Hamilton, promotions manager for The Lake House, YBR Casino & Sports Book, and Point Place Casino, the special January deals at The Lake House bring old-school dance parties into the gaming environment for unforgettable nights that will have all of Sylvan Beach rocking.
“There’s something really special about a big indoor party when it’s cold outside,” Nicolette said. “That’s exactly how we see this—one big party.”
Partying is a relatively new concept at The Lake House, which has 100 slot machines (and no table games) on its gaming floor. Guests requested more interactive programming and these promos represent a push to fulfill that objective.
There are other promotions, too.
One, Winter Winnings, is held every Friday and Saturday in January, and it delivers up to $50 in TS Rewards Points or free play. Winners also can get up to 50 slot points for playing with their TS Regards cards between 4 a.m. and 9 p.m. Guests can visit promotional kiosks to claim their prizes.
