The Oneida Indian Nation has announced its largest expansion and financial reinvestment at Turning Stone Resort Casino in two decades with a multi-year project that will double the resort casino’s convention space, add approximately 250 hotel rooms, and more.
In September, 2022, the Oneida Indian Nation announced a new expansion project at Turning Stone Resort Casino, its largest financial investment in the property in two decades. The massive multi-year expansion will double the resort casino’s existing convention and meeting space and include:
The Nation has chosen world-renowned architecture and design firm Gensler as its development partner and will once again partner with Syracuse-based Hayner Hoyt as the General Contractor.
Growing Tourism in Upstate New York
The expansion project continues the Nation’s historic investments in Upstate New York, totaling more than $1 billion in the last three decades. Expanded conference facilities and lodging opportunities at Turning Stone will help attract new visitors from across the country for events, continuing the growth of tourism within the region.
