Maximum occupancy is 2 persons per bedroom. Each apartment building has 10 apartments which are a mix of 1-, 2- and 3-bedrooms. Water and sewer are included in rent, tenants are responsible for electric.

Team members hired on or after July 1, 2022 in select hourly positions are eligible for an apartment at The Villages at Stoney Creek.
